Rick is one of the best property managers I had. I highly recommended his services.Mar 4, 2019VerifiedCore One Real Estate & Management Inc.'s reply
Thank you Bahiya. We are honored to work with you here in Oakland!
Rick and Core One has been great to work with. They took over management of my buildings that had been going very poorly with a previous company. Core one is managing my properties professionally, I am happy, and my tenants are happy.Jun 27, 2019
I hired Rick to manage three commercial units and a duplex in Oakland. Rick is professional, thorough, and is a full-time manager. He was instrumental in helping me increase my rents with City of Oakland housing program! I trust Rick to obtain fair bids for me and take care of my property!May 3, 2018Core One Real Estate & Management Inc.'s reply
