- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge $175 per house management fee. $400 to $950 for tenant acquisition, marketing & screening tenants. I manage numerous multi-family unit buildings and offer flexibility in pricing. In hiring me, consider my experience and knowledge when comparing to other managers: 34 years experience in real estate/property management industry, BA in Management from St. Mary's College, network of contacts, and a licensed California Real Estate Broker (#00884446). I offer early cancellation if you aren't satisfied with my service; therefore, you're not bound to a long-term commitment.
