Hi there, I offer high-quality imaging services with quick turnaround and no fuss. I'm an insured professional and a certified drone pilot. While I specialize in real-estate photography, I have performed portraiture and event photography as well. My standard booking fee ($200) includes all communications, permitting, preparation and upload/storage for three months. All data is owned by you, I simply offer temporary online storage which you can access and download the data at your convenience. Depending on customer needs, I am capable of providing other delivery fortmats like flash drives, professional prints, etc... Since I service locations near and far, I typically charge gas $0.70/mile (the current federal mileage reimbursement). For reference and estimates, I'm located in the Sacramento area and get roughly 20mpg. For larger/longer projects (multiple days) I usually charge $50/hour and only clock the time when I'm actually working. I charge the same rate for extra editing beyond standard touch-ups (when requested). I'm no stranger to remote locations and work well independently or with teams.
