What sets my business apart is a lifetime of hands-on experience and a commitment to doing things the right way. Some of my earliest memories are growing up in my family's hardware store, where I learned the value of hard work, craftsmanship, and treating customers with respect. My father and brother built their careers as master carpenters and woodworkers, and I was fortunate to learn from them from an early age. While my professional career led me into electrical engineering and technical consulting, my passion for working on homes never left. Over the years I've owned and remodeled four homes myself, taking pride in every project and always striving for quality workmanship. I believe the best work isn't rushed. I take the time to understand what my customers want, communicate clearly throughout the project, and complete each job with the same care I would use in my own home. If a project falls outside my expertise or requires a licensed contractor, I'll tell you upfront. I only accept work that I know I can complete safely, correctly, and to a high standard. Growing up in a family hardware store taught me that customer service isn't just about completing a job—it's about earning trust. Those values of honesty, fairness, transparency, and reliability have stayed with me throughout my engineering career, consulting business, and now my handyman services. My goal is simple: provide high-quality work, treat people fairly, communicate openly, and leave every customer feeling confident they made the right choice.
