I would highly recommend Vices & Repair services. I had him fix a side door that had water seeping in from under the threshold anytime it rained. He explained why it was leaking (whoever put in the door never sealed under the threshold). It was also a struggle to close the door, he fixed that by tightening the hinges. A week later it rained and the seeping stopped, except for this tiny drip. I let him know we was out the next week and fixed it. He was prompt, professional, and attentive and trustworthy. I plan to hire him again.
