I booked the service on July 8th. Unfortunately, something unexpected happened, and I have to postpone the service. I notified the photographer and told him it will be delayed, and I will notify him of the updated date once we have made a decision. What surprised me he requested me to pay the full amount immediately. Because of the issue, I had to cancel the service of cakes, flowers, restaurant, and a Limousine. Every company expressed understanding and sympathy. Not a single one required me to pay the full service fee, and none refused to transfer my deposit for future use. The flower company even offered to provide the already prepared flowers for free as a gesture of congratulations, as I have two more events planned and invited them to provide services for those as well. This showed me the humanity beyond just commercial interests. Today, the photographer threatened me that he would take legal action. It's fine. I will ask my lawyer to review the contract and if the unreasonable contract I signed requires me to pay. I will pay. Even I am not happy, I will do everything legally. But I will use my way to express my unhappiness. I never never experience this kind of situation. Thank you!
