- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take local non-credit college classes on subjects like advertising, seo, customer service, geology. We also read and keep to date on all the national remodeling services. We attend seminars and educational meetings to learn about new trends and products.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our main remodeling is kitchens & showers. Our kitchen projects consist of removing the existing kitchen & installing a new kitchen. For showers we remove the existing tile and shower door and replace it with new modern shower tiles. And we install a vanity top.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Simple. Figure out what your remodel consists of. Do your homework - use the internet. Call around. Get multiple quotes - and compare them apples to apples. In addition to the basics, also check out the person your doing business with..ask yourself...is this a good human being? Could I be friends with someone like this? Do i get along with this person? Is this a genuine nice person? Just because you do business with someone, doesn't mean you have to like them. But its nice to buy from people you like and you get along with. It just makes things easier and more enjoyable & overall thats what life is about - enjoying it.
