Eden is amazing! She has in depth knowledge of pilates and the human anatomy. She pays detailed attention to form and adjusts the exercises to fit the need. My husband is using her as pilates instructor and I am using her as a massage therapist. We both feel we are in very professional hands! I have back issues and she knows exactly which areas need attention.
Alex is wonderful. She taught a bi-weekly pilates class for our law firm this fall and winter. She is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She's extremely mindful of her students and checks in with everyone during class for pain or other issues. Alex provides accommodations for anyone who needs them, whether a beginner, intermediate, or advanced student. She gives great advice and additional exercises for a range of conditions. Alex gave me advice that helped me heal from sciatica, and always checked in with me before and after class. Classes are adjusted based on energy levels, mood, special requests, and level of the students. Her classes are a great investment, and helped me center myself and relax. Thanks for everything, Alex!
I’ve taken several sessions with Spencer. First off, she looks the part. You can tell that she practice Pilates regularly and when you see her, you want to do whatever workout she does because she looks so fit and strong. She is so fun to workout out with and very motivating. I always feel challenged and she is always teaching me new exercises! She is the best.
Helene Bogart helped me get back into exercising after having surgery on my hand. She is so knowledgeable about the human body and the philosophy of Pilates. She was able to give me a great work out, while still being gentle and respecting my hand! I had my mother visit her as well (age 70). Helene works well with all age groups, all fitness levels and can help with recuperation after injury. She also has a great sense of humor which makes for a great time!I highly recommend Pilates by Helene!

Lauren is THE BEST pilates instructor in Los Angeles. I take pilates at several different studios around LA and I have yet to find an instructor who continuously challenges me in every single class. Lauren changes each class and I am sore after taking her pilates class. She is very technical, hands on, attentive, and professional. In fact, I follow her to different studios because I enjoy her classes so much! I would recommend Lauren for a beginner to advanced student. She never disappoints and makes me sweat in every class.

I have had nothing but amazing life changing and body changing experiences with Alex. After a horrible car accident and 3 herniated disks in my back and pretty much being bed ridden, she has taught me ways to help strengthen my body in pilates that I didn't ever imagine I would be able to do. I have seen her twice a week (sometimes more) for the last 6 months. She has taught me ways to strengthen my core so that my back is in less pain. She's a life saver. I've been with Pro Fitness Network for about 8 years now. I'm very happy with them. Before finding Pro Fitness I spent time at most every other fitness center in Pasadena. None of them compare.
