Eco Pro Carpetcleaning was very responsive. He arrived early and got right to work. I asked for an additional rug to be cleaned on the day of service and he did it without hesitation. Our carpets are looking brand new again. Highly recommend!

Jose did a phenomenal job of cleaning the carpet in my house! He was very responsive when I initially inquired about his services. He took the time to answer my questions and ensured me that he would provide the best service.
He arrived on time on the day of service. In addition to being punctual, he was courteous and professional. He explained to me the process of his cleaning as we started and made sure to leave no spot uncleaned. It is rare to find both professionalism and work quality these days, but Jose exemplifies the epitome of great customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone here in the Central Valley, his service is worth every penny!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not the cheapest company out there. I provide a professional service at a reasonable price. There are many fly by night companies out there ruining people's carpets.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon arrival every step is explained, a pre-cleaning walk through is done and a time frame on job duration is given. After completion, a walk through is performed and a follow up recommendation is given
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing carpet cleaning for over 7 years. Certified through Drymasters cleaning system.
