Micaela came over for a general cleaning. Floors, kitchen, office, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. She and two other employees started cleaning around 1:15 and told me they were finished by 2:30. A 3 hour cleaning is their minimum. The sink in the kitchen was left with debri, the bathroom toilet was left with debri, the floors were poorly swept, the rugs poorly vacuumed, the garbage in the office was not dumped, some shelves were dusted others were completely forgotten. Angela! Thank you for your business and for your feedback. I apologize that you feel things were missed. We did ask that you look around while we were there. At the time you seemed pleased. I also looked around, however I apologize if I missed things. We do have a 3 labor hour mininum so with 3 people 3 labor hours would be 1 hour. I did take a break and therefore we left at 2:30 instead of 1:15 to make up for my break. We swept and vacuumed. We used your vacuum because in the walk through you stated you wanted yours. Which is perfectly fine. However it may not have worked well on the rugs. In the living room we did move a couple of things and swept under or behind. Again I do apologize if we missed some things. I wish you could have contacted me. I would have been more then happy to come back out and re clean at no extra cost. If there is anything I can do to make this right please let me know. I'd be happy to offer you a cleaning at my cost. About $35-$40 Again we value your business.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We prefer to do a free in home or office estimate in order to give the most accurate quote and assess the client's specific needs. Then we schedule a time to complete the job.
