FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It really depends on the Scope of Work. Customers should really be wary of any service provider who has a fee schedule that reflects a cost/unit (i.e. cost per square foot). No two projects are alike, and no two projects have the same amount of complexity. That being said, our fees are fair and reasonable. We may not be the "cheapest" service provider out there, but customers really need to be wary of lower cost services. You really do get what you pay for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial on-site meeting is a must. There is no way of knowing what a client wants or needs without being able to assess the Scope of Work required to accomplish the client's goals. After our assessment of the client's project, we provide a proposal that covers the required components necessary and required, based on our own due diligence research.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MBA from Loyola Marymount University; BS from New York University
