FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can change. Its hard to quote a job until you physically look at it. Even then in the middle of a job the price can change. For instance lets say i am installing a prehung door and when i remove the old door and trim and door frame and i notice that the wood is rotted. I cant just install the new door frame. I have to notify the customer that there is a problem and give the customer different options.
