Johnny is a rock star handyman. I’ve hired him for many projects around the house over the past year plus. He is honest, hard working, knowledgeable, skilled, responsive, and reasonably priced. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing can change. Its hard to quote a job until you physically look at it. Even then in the middle of a job the price can change. For instance lets say i am installing a prehung door and when i remove the old door and trim and door frame and i notice that the wood is rotted. I cant just install the new door frame. I have to notify the customer that there is a problem and give the customer different options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?the typical process we're going to customer is make sure I fully understand what the customer wants. I explain the process from start to finish what I'm going to be doing and how long it's going to take.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?First I am a United States Army Veteran. I have been deployed in the hottest climates and the coldest climate through out the world. That relates to this question because I can adapt to all weather conditions which helps me complete different jobs. I am also in the Carpenters Union, although I maintain my own company from time to time I will go back and work for the Union. But being so busy with my own company I haven't worked union jobs in over a year. I have an AA degree in business and Computer Networking I am Certified HVAC Technician I have grown up around construction my entire life
