I cannot recommend Ursula and her team enough! She was an absolute lifesaver on our wedding day, and hiring her as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made.
Ursula came with two assistants and handled everything from start to finish. She even visited the venue with us beforehand to finalize the layout and logistics. On the wedding day, her team handled the setup of tables, chairs, and decorations, coordinated with all our vendors, and made sure everything ran smoothly. She also has beautiful rental items available, which we used, and the setup turned out absolutely gorgeous!
What I appreciated most was her communication and attention to detail. She made me feel completely confident that I could leave all the logistics in her hands. She didn’t just handle the setup but also made sure everything was properly cleaned up afterward, even following up with the church coordinator to confirm that we had left the venue in good condition.
One of the main reasons I hired a coordinator was because I wanted my family and friends to actually enjoy the wedding rather than spend the evening setting up, coordinating vendors, or cleaning up. Ursula made that possible, and it was worth every penny.
I really cannot stress enough how much of a lifesaver she was. If you’re debating whether to hire a day-of coordinator, DO IT! And I would highly recommend Ursula and her team. They took so much stress off my shoulders and allowed everyone, including me, to truly enjoy the wedding!

I reached out to a few event planners and Decorators. None of them made me feel comfortable enough to trust them to do the job for my 50th birthday. Luxury Events delivered, I would highly recommend their services. I haven't received my professional photos yet, but I will see if I can include them once I receive them.

Ursula helped us with beautiful boho decor for a small beach family gathering. She arrived early with everything we needed, including a hammock, tent, chairs, and a charcuterie board (not pictured). Her attention to detail made the whole setup feel extra special and perfect for family photos.
She also made a bouquet and wine/chocolate box for our wedding anniversary that was simple, elegant, and such a great value. We’ve loved everything she’s created for us and would highly recommend her services!
