Pros: - thorough removal of old ADT security system - generally took care to minimize damage when removing old ADT contact sensors - installed Ring alarm system - when he came across a situation he was unsure about (wiring), he did not just barrel ahead Areas for improvement: - cleanliness: hands were dirty and left streaks/marks on new Ring equipment that o needed to wipe down later. Also he was not initially planning on cleaning up drill holes until after prompted - detail orientation: forgot to spackle a couple spots from the ADT removal. Could have placed Ring keypad in a slightly better position in order to minimize amount of weathered paint from old ADT system that showed. Did not sand down spackle spots."See more
