Overall this was a solid experience Anthony. Pros: - thorough removal of old ADT security system - generally took care to minimize damage when removing old ADT contact sensors - installed Ring alarm system - when he came across a situation he was unsure about (wiring), he did not just barrel ahead Areas for improvement: - cleanliness: hands were dirty and left streaks/marks on new Ring equipment that o needed to wipe down later. Also he was not initially planning on cleaning up drill holes until after prompted - detail orientation: forgot to spackle a couple spots from the ADT removal. Could have placed Ring keypad in a slightly better position in order to minimize amount of weathered paint from old ADT system that showed. Did not sand down spackle spots.

Very happy with the service. I needed help with a couple of smoke alarms and Anthony was able to diagnose that one of them was broken. I'm grateful that he was able to come in on the same day so the chirping noise could be addressed quickly. In addition he was very easy to communicate with and I would be happy to use his services again.
