- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates start at $25 for a 30 minute visit which includes a complimentary meet and greet with one of our fantastic pet care professionals. We are also offering $20 off your first 3 scheduled services!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with setting up a client profile on the Fetch! Pet Care app to get some general information on the types of services you are interested in and frequency of those services. We will follow up with a complimentary meet and greet to introduce you to your pet care professional and to make sure we are a good fit. Lastly, we provide excellent service for you and your pet(s) as frequently as you need us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our pet care professionals are experienced career pet care professionals. One of our pet lovers is finalizing her degree to become a veterinarian technician. Our other pet lover is certified dog trainer.
