Good communication, but what really set Joshua apart was his attention to all the components of the system and how they need to work for the door to last a lot of years. I had him out to fix a broken spring. He found a hinge that was showing metal fatigue and replaced it, and found that one of the mounting points had been poorly done when originally mounted and he fixed that as well. The cost for the additional fixes was nominal. In the end the door worked far more quietly than before.

Joshua set a time window, called prior to coming and was here on time. He replaced our garage door spring and adjusted it so that it would not close as hard, prolonging the life of the door. Very happy.

I decided to change my garage door opener on Monday. I spoke to 4 companies and got quotes. Joshua was polite and patiently answered all my questions. He wasn't rushing me. Very professional. The biggest concern i had were those hidden charges. He replaced my motor on Friday...I paid exactly what my quote was. He worked fast and in less than 2 hours I had a very quiet garage door!
