Joshua set a time window, called prior to coming and was here on time. He replaced our garage door spring and adjusted it so that it would not close as hard, prolonging the life of the door. Very happy.

Good communication, but what really set Joshua apart was his attention to all the components of the system and how they need to work for the door to last a lot of years. I had him out to fix a broken spring. He found a hinge that was showing metal fatigue and replaced it, and found that one of the mounting points had been poorly done when originally mounted and he fixed that as well. The cost for the additional fixes was nominal. In the end the door worked far more quietly than before.

Joshua did a great job fixing my garage door after some attempted thieves had bent my metal. He was resourceful and built exactly what the repair needed, while talking me through his process. When he could have left things functionally "good enough", he spent some more time to make it better. I would recommend Joshua to anybody who needs garage work - and I will, since I have some other homeowner friends.
