- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have discounts for recurring cleaning, disabled persons, veterans, elderly and will do holiday specials. My pricing is fair and I try to work with each customers budget to meet their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I will learn how they like their home and space to be cleaned. I will provide them with tips and recommend recurring cleaning frequency based on their needs. Once the job is complete, we do a walk through together to ensure everything is cleaned thoroughly and up to standard.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certification in sanitation.
