Great communication, punctual, well prepared, supervision of staff, checking to ensure work meets expectation. Interacted well with our small dogs. Great job! I have tried several cleaners out in the past and have to say that this one was the most impressive.

I had a problem with rodents leaving it’s feces inside one of the closet and Chevron helped us with cleaning it. She did an immaculate job and there was not smell after that. I am so so happy with her service. She reached my house on time, got the job done effectively. Can’t be more satisfied.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have discounts for recurring cleaning, disabled persons, veterans, elderly and will do holiday specials. My pricing is fair and I try to work with each customers budget to meet their needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I will learn how they like their home and space to be cleaned. I will provide them with tips and recommend recurring cleaning frequency based on their needs. Once the job is complete, we do a walk through together to ensure everything is cleaned thoroughly and up to standard.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certification in sanitation.
