We use simple flat-rate pricing so our customers always know the total upfront. All taxes and processing costs are already included in the final amount, so there are no hidden fees or surprise add-ons later. Every quote we provide shows two flat-rate totals — one for homes in average condition and one for homes that require beyond-average cleaning due to heavier buildup or additional workload. When we arrive, we assess the condition and confirm which rate applies before service begins so everything remains clear and transparent. To secure an appointment, a 50% deposit is required, and the remaining balance is due after service is completed. Scheduling is always first-come-first-served based on when payment is received, and submitting payment means the customer agrees to our service terms and policies. We also periodically offer discounts such as referral, repeat service, or seasonal promotions. Any applicable discount is applied before booking is finalized and cannot be stacked or added afterward — we keep our pricing ho thenest and straightforward without gimmicks. Our pricing is based on the size of the home, the number of rooms, the condition level, and any requested add-on services such as interior fridge or oven cleaning, laundry, interior cabinet cleaning, windows, or baseboards. If the condition or scope of work is significantly different from what was originally described, we will always discuss pricing with the customer before starting. Our goal is to keep everything clear, fair, and predictable so every customer understands exactly what they are paying for and feels confident in the value of our service.

We always aim to make the cleaning process simple, professional, and stress-free. Here’s what customers can expect when working with us: 1. Consultation & Quote We start by gathering details about the property and the cleaning needs. Based on the information provided, we issue a clear flat-rate quote that includes everything discussed, with no surprise add-on fees later unless the scope changes. 2. Scheduling & Payment Confirmation Once the customer is ready to move forward, we schedule the appointment. Scheduling is first-come, first-served and is confirmed once payment terms are completed according to our policy. 3. Service Day — We Get to Work Our team arrives prepared with supplies and follows the agreed-upon scope of work. We clean thoroughly, carefully, and respectfully as if the home were our own. 4. Quality Check & Completion Before we leave, we check the work to ensure it meets our quality standards and the agreed scope. 5. Ongoing Support If the customer books recurring service, we keep the scheduling consistent and the process simple so they always know what to expect. We are always available for questions or adjustments.
