- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 10% discounts for veterans and seniors 65 and above. We provide discounts to repeat customers and a great discount for any other painting work while we are on site. For example, if you hire us to paint your cabinets and you later decide for us to paint your shutters, interior or exterior of your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1)Initial phone consultation. Get in touch with us to share your vision. We will go over the general scope of your project and details that are important to you. We will talk about timeline and budget. If we are a good fit, we will schedule an in person visit to get a better sense of the details. 2) At-home consultation. During this step we’ll talk more in-depth on what your vision is. This helps us to have a better understanding of your project. At this time we'll assess the current state of the home and look for any holes, repairs or dry rot to be repaired. 3) Signing the contract. Once the project scopes is finalized we will prepare and email the contract for signatures. 4) Protecting your home. Before we start any work we ensure that all dust, dirt, and debris are kept to a minimum levels. 5) Installation phase. Our painting experts will do the prep and painting. 6) Post-Job walkthrough. This is the moment you’ve been waiting for! We will perform a final walkthrough to go over any areas that need touch up. 7) Love your new fresh new look. Invite your new friends, show off and enjoy it !
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been painting for over 30 years. I was trained and mentored by the old school union painters and I have a lot of real on the job experience in aspects of the painting trade. I also have experience with stucco, drywall and dry rot repair. I work closely with interior decorcoroators who can provide color recommendations for your project.
