- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flexible options to fit your needs! You can book a single 60-minute session for $150 or save by purchasing a 4-session package for $550 (a $50 discount). For ongoing support between sessions, I also offer text/email support for $150/month (this can be added to any package or session). Payment is due at the time of booking, and there are no additional fees. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’ll start with a free 15-minute consultation to get to know each other and see if we're a good fit. If you decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first 60-minute session where we’ll dive deep into what’s going on, get clear on your goals, and create an action plan to help you move forward. My approach is a mix of intuitive insight, practical strategy, and genuine support — so you'll leave every session feeling clear, empowered, and ready to take action. From there, you can book single sessions or a package, and I’m here to support you every step of the way!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My most powerful training comes from lived experience — overcoming an abusive childhood, low self-worth, and a severe eating disorder. I've done the deep inner work to rebuild my life from the ground up, and now I use everything I've learned to help others do the same. Additionally, I've invested in countless personal development programs, workshops, and mentorships focused on mindset, self-worth, and creating a life you love. I also hold a Coaching Certification from Her Best Self, further strengthening my ability to guide my clients with deep empathy, powerful insights, and actionable strategies.
