- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wedding coordination starts at $1,200, full planning at $3,500, and a one-off planning session is $150. Parties start at $400 and corporate events at $1,500. Final quotes depend on guest count, location, and scope. You’ll get a clear proposal before you commit, with no surprise fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a short discovery call to talk through your event and where you need support, and I recommend the right service with no pressure. If you move forward, I send a simple agreement and invoice to lock in your date, plus a welcome email with next steps. Then we plan together at the pace your service calls for, with regular check-ins. On the day, I’m on site handling logistics and vendors so you can be present.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is in HR and business partnering and event planning where I managed complex projects, coordinated people, and stayed calm under pressure. I’m currently building my event planning education and industry relationships.
