Sarah is an amazing trainer! She really knows a lot about fitness training, health, diet and overall wellness. I’m a former competitive athlete and have worked with many trainers over the years. I fell off the fitness wagon 12 years ago due to a high stress and very busy job and have a lot gained weight as a result. My weightloss goal seems unachieveable at times but her professionalism, positive can-do attitude brings me back to reality. She has tailored an exercise program that fits what I need but also what I like. If I don’t like a particular exercise we try a different exercise that achieves the same result. Not all trainers have the knowledge and experience to do this. Sarah also cares about my overall well being as well post training care, nutrition, supplements and stress level. Again, not all trainers have this type of experience. Lastly, I travel a lot for my job and she’s put together a hotel training plan for me so that I can continue even when I’m not in the gym with her. I highly recommend Sarah!!Jul 14, 2020
Sara was my sixth trainer. I couldn’t be happier with her. Great positive. personality! Excellent knowledge on physiology and nutrition. She right away listened to my experiences and what I was looking for in the training. The key word is listened. She always challenged and encouraged me. Sarah is incredible. I was very nervous to start personal training because I do not consider myself to be an athletic person. Sarah made the whole process comfortable and is easing me in to the world of exercise (while still pushing me because I sure as heck woke up sore this morning!). She is very thorough in explaining how to properly do the exercise and what the exercise will do for you. Sarah really takes the time to educate me about what is going on in my body. I like that she focuses on using proper form and pain management. In the past when exercising alone I would have knee and back pain but working with sarah I no longer have those pains. After just a month I felt overall healthier, started moving better, and felt my mental health improve. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have very fair and low prices. I want training and nutrition education to accessible to all.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We do a free phone consultation to get to know each other and then we schedule out our first month. From there the first week is back to the basics and we grow from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a certified personal trainer through The National Academy of Sports Medicine with a specialization in nutrition.
