I did use Navis for a kitchen remodel that needed load bearing wall removal. He did design and all the plans and calculation needed for me to get a permit and perform all the work. I had many questions along the way as I do the myself and always got answers in a timely manner. Navis did work very well for me and my timeline. I had no issues with permit and inspection pass without any issue. Thanks
