I worked with Raj on a residential addition project in San Leandro, and I was very impressed with his expertise and responsiveness. He has a strong engineering background with years of practical experience and knows all the construction details. His fee is very competitive and reasonable compared to the market. I would highly recommend Raj to any homeowner, designer or architect for structural services no matter ADU, addition, remodel or new construction.

Raj from Navis was very professional. He was able to quickly understand my needs on a couple of phone calls. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of work (at par or better than other similar firms). In addition to the pricing, Raj was always a phone call or a text away to address any questions or concerns. Whenever a deadline was committed to, it was always met. No issues on following up or a lack of communication. 100% would recommend for anyone looking for design services within a budget, but with great quality and professionalism.
