FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing Is based on footage unless your project is under a certain Amount of footage then we charge a base price
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typically process for working with a new customer for us is to reach out and set up a in person estimate if possible with the customer. After getting measurements and going over the project in depth with the customer we then will send out a estimate for the customer to review and for them to ask any new questions they may have . Upon his/her approval we will begin with the new project on a date set between contractor and customer
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I think some important questions to think about and have answers for previous to contacting a contractor are as follow 1. What is the size of my project? This applies for all project wether it’s in squat footage or linear feet it’s always important you measure as well so you know your contractor is charging only for the needed coverage 2. What type of materials do I want to you? For fences this would mean looking into if you like redwood or cedar , do you want pressure treated post or redwood post etc. 3. What is my realistic budget? You should always have a realistic budget in mind for your project because this will help you understand what you can and can’t do.
