Friendly, knowledgeable repairman. Arrived on time. Was able to complete the job I listed, and a second job I didn't know about. I really liked that he was very careful not to let my cat escape the house, and he spoke gently to the cat. I will use this company again when I need appliance repair.

Tried to solve it over the phone first, so that he wouldn't have to charge me for the visit . When he did have to come after all - he was able to figure out the issue and fix it quickly. Would use him again if needed!

JD earned 5 stars. He was great to work with. We had a problem with our kitchen plumbing and the dishwasher had to be removed from the kitchen for a period of time. The plumbers we hired were not able to complete the work of installing the dishwasher. We found Wade Appliance Repair through Thumbtack. JD came to our house prepared. He was so logical in his approach to troubleshooting why the dishwasher wasn't working that at the end of the visit we felt good about our decision to purchase a new dishwasher. JD gets bonus stars because he contacted us a couple of days later and asked if he could come back to try one more time to fix our dishwasher. He didn't charge us for that visit. The new dishwasher arrived on Wednesday. More bonus stars to JD for arriving early Thursday morning to complete the install. I came home from work and everything is perfect. We would definitely hire JD again.

Honest, reliable and fast are my goals. I stand behind my quotes even if it takes me longer to get your Appliance fixed. 90 Day warranty on repairs needing parts with No additional service call charges. I enjoy what I do and want to help you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You hire me and I come out usually within 24 hours and give you an on the spot Diagnosis, with parts availability and repair estimate. When you agree I get the parts and return. I only collect payment once the Appliance is working properly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 year apprenticeship, online training and CA state licensed.
