Introduction: The owner, Chris, has over 16 years experience as an IT Specialist. He also has his Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from SDSU. Chris has experience working as a Computer Systems Engineer and IT Service Manager for a local Managed IT Service provider. He supported the IT needs for small businesses, such as accounting firms, law firms, realtor/broker agencies, dental offices, chiropractic offices, construction companies. He then launched Aztec IT Solutions and is very passionate about resolving IT issues quickly to minimize downtime while keeping open lines of communication throughout the process. We had a problem with the internet. I use the app and in matter of minutes Chris reach out. He was at my house ready to work an hour later, you can’t have a more efficient and fast service he is great. Super respectful and very professional. He talk to the spectrum people, did what he needed to do and in a matter of an hour everything was working fine…I highly recommend Chris for the Job. Definitely if I have any issues I will use his service again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have discounted pricing of $95/hr for clients who are on a monthly retainer with me. For other break-fix type of work, the pricing is $125/hr plus a $35 travel fee, if needed.
