- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimating to encourage people to work with us to develop a clear idea of the project and scope so that we can provide an accurate idea of cost and project duration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients start with a pre-qualifying interview where we collect information about the project such as drawings, timeline, and budget. If the project qualifies then we schedule a consultation interview with our sales & estimating department and follow-up with a site visit. The project then moves into the next stage of estimating. When a contract is finalized then the job is assigned to a project manager who oversees and coordinates all of the site prep and building. The final stage is a close out walk and issue of warranty certification.

Our company has been open since 2007 and our team members bring additional years of in field experience to the table.
