FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my pricing is flat-rate, clear, and based on the job — not by the hour. I price every service to be affordable, fair, and fully compliant with California’s $1,000 legal limit for handyman work (under BPC §7048). There are no hidden fees, surprise add-ons, or upsells. The quote I give you up front includes labor, standard materials, and cleanup. I also supply all parts unless discussed otherwise. I don’t charge extra for evenings or weekends, and I often offer bundled pricing when more than one small job is done at the same time. My goal is to give you solid, honest work at a price that makes sense — with no guesswork.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is all about making things easy, clear, and professional from the first message. When a new customer contacts me, I start by asking a few quick questions about the issue — and I always welcome photos to help me assess the job accurately. From there, I provide a clear, flat-rate quote based on my experience and my pricing book, so there are no surprises. Once approved, I schedule the job at the customer’s convenience — often with same-day or next-day availability. I arrive on time, walk through the work to make sure expectations are clear, and then get it done cleanly, safely, and efficiently. After the job, I always test the repair thoroughly and clean up the workspace before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over a decade of hands-on plumbing experience, including lead roles at some of the largest and most respected plumbing companies in Southern California. Throughout my career, I’ve specialized in residential service work, system troubleshooting, and efficient repairs — and I’ve consistently served as the lead plumber on my teams. In addition to field work, I’ve also assisted in training and mentoring new plumbers, helping them build their skills and understanding of real-world plumbing systems. My experience is rooted in the job — where the best education comes from doing the work every day, solving problems, and helping people.
