    We paid the Rudolphs $5000 to install lights, 2 ceiling fans & mount tvs in our home. One of the ceiling fans was not working & because they had already been paid before we checked it they just refused to come back unless we gave them more money - no accountability despite getting our business, once they get your money you're on your own folks!

    Unfortunately, this was resolved with this customer but Thumbtack doesn't allow more than one edit to a review so they could not change it. - We contacted Mark and his wife and explained that we had not forgotten about them but merely had a tragedy with one of our office staff and were a little behind. We explained that the request made by Mark to come back in fix a ceiling fan that had manufacturing issues was supposed to be an additional charge as it was no faulted of the installation by Rudolph Electric. We told him we would not charge him since we do value our customers, especially when they complete big projects with us, but would have to fit it into a route in his area. We did get back to his residence and fix the issue which satisfied our customers and they knew we went above and beyond in the initial work we completed as well as fixing their fan issue.

    Katelin were very helpful with scheduling my island BBQ hookup, she was very quick to respond to all the questions I had. When it came to doing the work, Tim was on time and worked with me to ensure that all my needs were met with the install. His work is on point and looks great. I cant wait to cook my first steak on my BBQ. I'm definitely calling them for all my future electrical needs. Thanks!
