- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the type of pest, severity of the issue, and size of the property. I focus on providing solutions that eliminate the problem—not just temporary treatments. I offer fair, upfront pricing with no hidden fees, and I’m always transparent about what’s included. Discounts may be available for ongoing service plans or bundled treatments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a quick conversation to understand your concerns and what you’re experiencing. From there, I perform a thorough inspection of the property to identify the pest, locate entry points, and assess the severity of the issue. Once I have a clear plan, I explain the findings and recommend the most effective treatment solution. After treatment, I schedule any necessary follow-ups and provide guidance on prevention to ensure the problem is resolved long-term—not just temporarily managed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m licensed to provide pest, wildlife, and termite services—each requiring extensive training and testing. Beyond that, I complete continuing education every year to stay up to date and maintain my license.
