Avery is a true professional. I appreciate the prompt communication, she showed up on time and did the job quickly, but still, no corners were cut I just moved into the new rental, and the oven was just gross. Expected to pay extra for cleaning that mess, but she simply pointed out that the oven is self-cleaning, and set that up for no additional charge. Lo and behold, three hours of self-cleaning and all grease was simply gone.

Avery communicated well, was able to reschedule at my request (3-4 days notice), was on time, thorough, and did a fantastic job with everything I asked of her. She even cleaned my patio area and patio furniture! 5/5 will definitely be using her services again!

Avery was excellent in communicating with me the whole time, even letting me know when she was on her way. She got to work right away and even did dusting and sanitising areas that I said she didn’t need to. She was respectful when asked to use certain cleaning products as I have a sensitivity to certain smells. She went above my exceptions with quality of work at a reasonable price. I will be using Avery for all my home cleaning from now on.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is one of the lowest you will be able to find on thumbtack, I know everything is outrageously high in prices right now, I set my prices low to let people know you can still get great quality work without having to write a big check.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when working with a new client is when I arrive to their home I ask to be shown around first to get a feel of what needs to be done and see where everything is, after the quick tour i like to give a little run down of what is included with the cleaning type they chose, I ask if they have anything specific they would like me to do or if they would like to add any extra service. After talking to the client getting a good idea of what they want done I get started!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained by a ‘lead cleaner’ at one of the vacation rentals I clean and have been cleaning for over two years. Six months ago I was made ‘lead cleaner’ of the group!
