My carpets look great/ they are a bit expensive. The guy didn’t try to do something- wash a Persian rug - because he knew better. The guy on the phone before coming out when I scheduled the job said they would clean it when they came..I was very grateful to the actual pro who once here said no — it’s not to be left to dry on a wood floor . However the minimum price he had to charge was very high for the work one. I wish I had asked the guy doing the work to do a few other items like the edge of my table rug while he was here for the price.

Incredible service, from the moment of calling them. Worked with my crazy, time-sensitive schedule. Promptly on time. My husband is almost paranoid these days, thinking people will take belongings and not do a good job. Even my husband was amazed, saw how great the carpets turned out (after years of neglect). They were very professional, approachable. Even though they make a specific intention to let us know the carpets may not return to new, the carpets LOOKED almost brand new-- including getting some areas of the rugs up that had been very worn down over time. So very impressed. Going to have them do other areas and also cleaning for us. We have found our main go-to!! Not to mention they didn't charge me an arm and a leg!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by asking a few quick questions to understand what needs attention. When we arrive, we walk the areas with you and explain what we will be doing. After we finish, we check everything together to make sure you are happy with the results. Good communication from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have more than 20 combined years of hands-on experience in professional carpet cleaning and floor care. We are a licensed contractor in California and we make sure our team is trained on proper cleaning techniques, equipment, and solutions. We take pride in doing the work the right way.
