Talked a few times with Maricella on the phone - she was courteous and professional, answering all my questions as best as she could. However, I mainly dealt with Tony who came out to give me an estimate and boxes for my move. His quote was right in the ballpark as other companies but I went with TNT because of Tony.
Tony and his two sons wrapped all my fine, solid furniture and antiques until they ran out of blankets! The truck looked like a High Level Tetris player worked with them. I've already gotten a good few boxes emptied at the new place but not one broken thing so far.
Not only were these guys efficient, thorough and good at what they do but they were a joy to be around as well. Moving is stressful at the best of times but these guys made it as smooth and as easy as possible. They moved me from Santee to Vista, from a house to an apartment.
If anything could have been different I would have had the guys wrap my mattress in a mattress bag rather than blankets. But it's a minor "complaint" if you could even call it that and def a First World Problem. ;o)
Overall, so happy with this company and all the people who run/work at it. You guys rocked it!

I was recommended by a friend to use them because her family just used this company. I am completely satisfied I did. My family enjoyed the way they came out to our home to give us a free quote, then on the day of the move, they came 15 minutes early to setup and begin to pack all of our belonging. they disassembled all the beds and saw how they wrapped up in shrink wrap all my big furniture at no extra cost. Well, I saw how all of the movers worked hard and efficiently moved us into our new home easily. they did reassemble all the beds and am completely grateful I hired them. Thanks TNT Moving Services because you made my family really happy and our move stress free as you promised. God Bless.

The movers were very professional as they state they are. They did a precall and arrived 15 min early. I saw how they packed all my belonging carefully and they did in a timely manner. I didn't have to micromanage the operation since they knew what they were doing. They didn't charge extra for long carry as stated or stairs or to dissassemble and reassemble my beds. They skrink wrapped my sofas and large furniture. I would highly recommend them to my friend who owes his own business and moving it soon to a new location. I would also recommend them to friends and family.

From to start to finish, TNT did a great job. We had them pack and move our house. They were responsive to our needs and communicated throughout the process.

The move was excellent! I spoke to them over the phone and were very knowledgeable and professional. I spoke to their assistant and she reassured me of any concerns I had and answered all my questions before the moving date. I don't regret hiring them for the job and would recommend them to friends, family and my friends from church. I know a lot have their own business and know now that we can trust TNT Moving Services to do a great job at a reasonable price. They included the boxes in my quote. They fully packed, shrink wrapped my furniture and moved it to my new home in San Diego County. During the whole time, I did not once she any of them slack off. They are hard working and know why they've been open since 2002. A++++++++ to TNT MOVING SERVICES in Spring Valley.
