Robert has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He has gone beyond the call of duty to make certain that our copier is working properly.

Robert has incredible customer service skills and a core set of values that make him successful at what he does. He never charged me his time that it took to research certain items about my Toshiba. He said it wouldn't be fair. He bills only for actual repair time and parts. Rob is quick, concise, and very knowledgeable at his discipline. I recommend him all day long. (PS: If you tell him his jokes are funny... you may get an earful of his standup comedy while he's onsite.)
