Our job turned out to be more complicated than expected so we did not have it done; however, Juan was outstanding to deal with. He communicated well through Thumbtack and arrived early to give an estimate. He took a lot of time looking everything over including under our house. He clearly explained what needed to be done and was equally gracious to us when we told him we decided not to have the project done. We will definitely call him first for our next plumbing issue.

We had a leak in our kitchen, and Juan promptly set the wheels in motion to repair the supply line that was causing the leak. He also ensured that there was a seamless transition in working with Dry Tech Company who immediately began drying out the affected area. We are very pleased with Juan's prompt and professional service and will continue to use his services for future plumbing needs.

Juan arrived on time and gave us a review of the issue which we believed to be a problem with the toilet. It turned out that there was a leak in the shower area that was actually causing the problem and we are now coordinating to have this project done in conjunction with replacement of some tiling. Juan was very professional in his explanation allowing us to understand what the problem was and how we needed to proceed. Definitely will be working with JEM Plumbing and Drain Cleaning again!
