We recently had our master bathroom fully remodeled by Promodeling Inc, and the finished space looks straight out of a design magazine. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional from reconfiguring the layout for better flow to upgrading the plumbing, installing custom vanities, and adding radiant-heat tile floors. Throughout the project, the team provided daily updates with photos and clear notes on next steps, which made the process stress-free. They also included us in every design decision, from faucet finishes to grout colors and lighting placement, so there were no surprises along the way. At the final walkthrough, they even touched up a few small caulk lines without hesitation. The result is a bathroom that feels both luxurious and comfortable exactly what we envisioned.

It was great that we connected with Promodeling Inc for our 2 Bathrooms remodeling!They were very proactive and communication right from design to finish.On contacting them, Alexandra visited us and provided consultation. She was very patient in understanding our requirements and design inputs, very organized and got back with the design for approvals. All the documents, statement of payments, material listing, invoicing everything was so thorough and organized.We had fixed timeline on when the Project needs to be over. Once the city approval came in, work started immediately.Dante, along with his team Juan and others, were very friendly and reliable. So thankful we were able to be relaxed through the finish process since they took care of everything.The entire team of Electrical, Plumbing, Windows, Sink, Glass, Tile works, clearing were all so well co-ordinated, work went on smoothly!They connected with right group for Wall, Tile, Flooring and all other related accessory shopping, be it in-person or online, taking care of our Quality and Budget needs.We also chose the shower accessories, vanities too from their suggested KBM. The whole process from shopping, to invoicing to coordinating our pickups were all so smooth and well managed.We got the desired finish as imagined! We recently completed a small bathroom remodel, and the transformation was incredible--our outdated space is now sleek, modern, and beautiful. We built an ADU with Promodeling, and our project manager was Jason. Guy, the owner, consistently made sure we were satisfied throughout the process. Promodeling handled everything design, permits, and construction which made the experience truly hassle-free.Although we had many concerns at the beginning, the entire process went quite smoothly, and were very pleased with the final result. We feel we received great value for our money. The team was professional, kept our home clean, and showed up almost daily. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope and complexity of each project. We provide detailed, transparent estimates so there are no surprises along the way. And typically, we only undertake projects of $15,000+. The reason for this is that our costs for executing a smaller project often exceed the revenue generated by completing the work. While we don't typically offer discounts, we do help our clients find cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. We also handle all permitting and planning in-house, which can save time and reduce external costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation to understand your goals, vision, and budget. From there, we move into a design and planning phase—this includes architectural plans, engineering, and permits. Once everything is approved, we begin construction and keep you updated every step of the way. You’ll have one dedicated team from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is made up of licensed contractors, experienced project managers, and skilled designers who have years of hands-on experience in residential construction. We stay current with California building codes, energy efficiency requirements, and design trends to offer both safe and stylish results.
