- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical Process 1. Initial Consultation We review your goals, style, budget, and project scope to ensure we’re aligned from the start. 2. On-Site Measurements I take detailed, accurate measurements and photos of the space to document existing conditions. 3. Existing Plans A precise set of “as-built” drawings is created as the foundation for all design and permit work. 4. Concept & Layout Options You receive two thoughtful layout options per space to compare and refine your preferred direction. 5. Design Development Once a layout is selected, we refine the design—materials, finishes, fixtures, lighting, and key details. 6. Permit-Ready Drafting I prepare a clean, code-compliant permit package that aligns with local regulations and building requirements. 7. Revisions & Coordination We make any necessary updates and coordinate with your contractor or city as needed for smooth submission. 8. Final Delivery You receive the complete digital permit set and design documents—ready for construction and approvals.

As a CCIDC-certified designer with a Bachelor’s in Architecture and a Master’s in Interior Architecture from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, I bring both creative vision and technical expertise—offering complete interior design services and accurate, code-ready permit applications.
