What started out as a leak/roof repair became a re-roof project. Felix was extremely thorough from day one. His initial inspection of our roof was far more detailed than any of the other roofers and because of this, we were able to trust that his estimate would not change after the project started. The other estimates were so much lower that it was obvious they'd likely find additional issues that would increase the price as the project got underway. Issues that Felix had already identified during the initial inspection. With Felix, there were no such surprises. Understandably, weather can cause delays, but our roof was well covered during such time. Communication on what to expect is always appreciated. Above and Beyond lives up to its name. We recommend!

Working with these guys was so easy! We went from identifying a leak in the ceiling to patching it in less than 24 hours.

We caught a leak in a storm and with more in sight (being in a break in the weather) I reached out to Felix and he and his associate were able to fit me in, last minute and patch a particular difficult area on my father’s roof. Felix was knowledgeable, easy to work with and got the job done in record time. Our roof is in a sorry state overall but Felix was able to add stability throughout and when the time comes to replace the roof in full, I will be keeping him in front of my mind for the job (he’s providing me an estimate shortly). Thank you!
