We recently hired Felix and his team to replace the roof and install a couple of skylights for our new home. From the very beginning he was extremely professional, humble and honest with his recommendations. We were working with a tight timeline, and he was able to complete all the work within our required timeframe, right on time for us to move in. The new roof and skylights totally transformed the look of our house from outside and inside.

I had 8 bids. Felix didn’t come out in person yet offered the most complete offer. He was fair and arrived daily with a large crew to quickly do a complete roof tear off and new roof. Cleaned up each day and priced more competitive than most others. Offered great solutions to current problems with an awning too. Definitely recommend him and the team.

Final inspection passed. Today, as owner, checked roof personally! Great job by Felix and team! Dry rot repaired, new belly ribbon strip replaced and secured! Good communication and most competitive bid of all 7 bids!! Will have Felix bid on other jobs upcoming!
