- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please understand that every pro you contact on Thumbtack is charged ( we have to keep a card on file for any leads that come to us). Google the business and reach out to them for basic questions. If you reach out to us on thumbtack just to ask us what’s our management fee - we are charged $100 for that question you reached out to us on thumbtack to ask. Most real estate professionals on thumbtack have a site estimate fee ranging from $50 to $500. This fee is waived if you the customer hire that business for the job. I waive my $100 site estimate if hired for the job. You the customer are not charged anything upfront on thumbtack. My tenant placement fees range from $795 to one months rent. My full service management fees are 7% to 10% . I offer other a la carte services as well. Lease creations, property showings, handy man services, deep cleaning, hauling etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love being able to help customers with anything real estate. I like to start off with a written communication to reference to first, then communicate with the client in person, Google meet, zoom or phone call to confirm the customers needs. If things are going well, I like to visit the property in question. I then create a proposal just for you based on your needs. If you chose to work with me- my site estimate of $100 is waive. After agreement is signed I began working on your behalf.
