I reached out to Amy for support on renting my ADU in San Pablo. She was very knowledgable from the start. We were able to complete the initial legal paperwork in a timely manner. Amy met me at the property and spent the time needed to be sure the unit was in good standing for renting. Amy met with the prospective tenants on her own and again with them and myself when we were ready to sign the lease. I appreciated the time she took to go over the finer points of the process. I now have a tenant who is a good match for my property! Thanks Amy!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You the customer are not charged anything from thumbtack. My consultantation charge is from me to you. Lease creations, property showings, full build-out contractor, handy man services, deep cleaning, hauling etc. Our boutique firm can handle all your needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love helping customers with anything real estate. I like to start off with a written communication first, then communicate with the client to confirm customers needs. If things are going well, I like to visit the property in question. I then create a proposal just for you based on your needs. If you chose to work with me- After agreement is signed I began working on your behalf.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a lifetime learner. See bio for my education and training. I hold multiple degrees, one in Real Estate.
