- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understand the client's needs, provide CMA of sold properties, and show them different properties that match their criteria, send them disclosures of the property that they are interested in and review disclosures with them, Go through the California purchase agreement with them and answer any questions that they might have. For Sellers I provide CMA, and I educate them about the trend of the market, explain to them the disclosures that they need to provide, walk through their house, and give them my opinion on how they can maximize the sale of their house and work with their budget. I connect them with professionals such as contractors, painters, designers, etc. when needed.

I study the trends of the market regularly.
