- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are ready to provide each new client with a discount on their work. The discount amount is discussed additionally at the time of work evaluation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the client, estimating the cost of work, agreeing on the cost with the client, completing the work, handing over the work to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians of our company have at least a bachelor's degree.
