Victor was amazing! I had an odd glitch in formatting my Word document to the CreateSpace parameters. To make a very long story short, the headers and footers and pagination were giving me fits. It brought me to tears and I was ready to throw my computer out the window. Victor methodically and diligently worked his way through the manuscript with patience, kindness, and tenacity and fixed all of the issues. Because it was such a problem, I was afraid at one point that he was going to fire me as a client. I could never have done it without him. NEVER. He was supportive through the process and fixed some things in my manuscript that I didn't know needed fixing. I am planning on hiring Victor again for a future writing project. I wish I had found him months ago! It would have saved me a lot of gray hairs, gnashed teeth, and I would have consumed way less wine. THANKS VICTOR! You are the best. I highly recommend his work. You won't be disappointed. Smart guy, calm, and methodical.

Victor is a genuine, intelligent, creative person, and an excellent tutor. I refer him with great confidence. Victor has an admirable ability to relate to different types of personalities and learning styles. He not only adapts his teaching to our daughters' unique situations, but seems excited by the challenge. Our children attend different high schools, and have their own unique talents and learning styles and challenges. One attends an academically rigorous private high school, while the other attends an academically challenging, local public school. Victor has tutored them both. Whether it's SAT tutoring or weekly math and bio, or a brush-up before finals, Victor is there. He is prompt, professional, highly competent and above all, energized by teaching. He asks questions. He does not spoon feed; rather, he takes the time to help our daughters discover the answers for themselves. My 17 year old earned a great SAT score, and a substantial 4-year scholarship to the university of her choice. She applied early-action to three schools, and gained admittance to them all. We credit Victor for helping her realize this dream. I now look forward to what my younger daughter will achieve, with his help, as he not only teaches her in the way she needs to be taught, but he cares. She knows this. He establishes a genuine relationship with his students; he helps them gain confidence, and trust themselves. I honestly cannot say enough about Victor, and the impact he has made on our family. He takes the worry and the (dare I say) struggle out of high school, creating space for my husband and I to be more supportive and less "annoying" to our children. It is a relief and a comfort to know such an intelligent, good person has our daughters' and therefore our own backs. Both of our girls' confidence and academic achievement have soared under Victor's tutelage.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can recommend our specific programs depending on whether a student needs academic tutoring or test preparation. We have special rates for siblings and small groups.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a free academic breakthrough session to help a student clarify her goals, identify hidden obstacles, and start taking action to succeed on her path to success. I then recommend the tutoring or coaching programs I offer and we can usually start sessions the same week. If I am unavailable or do not cover the subject matter needed by the student, I will recommend one of my experienced team members to provide service.
