He responded immediately and came out to the property on time. He did repair what was needed to make it work. The silicone job was slightly sloppy and seemed like he was rushing. My tenants were there to verify everything was working and I arrived later and found the silicone job could have been done better. Other than that I am very happy to have everything fixed for my tenants in a timely manner.
