I experienced a type of power surge where my internet crashed but lights etc where fine. Then I noticed my refrigerator light wasn't working and it appeared it wasn't as cool. I tried to reset my fridge via the panel and turning off/on my power main. Nothing worked. I left a message for Safe Appliance and within minutes I had a response and Ahmad was at my house within the hour. This was great since it was 6:30pm when we chatted.
Ahmad reset my refrigerator by accessing the back of the refrigerator. Something I would not have been able to do. He was quick and thorough and saved the food from defrosting or getting warm. I truly appreciated his responsiveness since I contacted him in the evening and he fixed it within an hour of reaching out. I will definitely use his services again.
