We are working with Kevin on plans for an ADU. When searching for a drafter, he was the most reasonably priced by far and was also the only one who followed up with me independently. Because of his quality of work and work ethic, he is a busy guy, but he makes time for revisions/input and communicates where we're at in the process. Kevin is extremely helpful, professional, and genuine. I'm so happy we found a skilled draftsman and someone we can trust to work with us through all the steps and requirements. He has been able to fit our wants/needs into the plans for our small ADU and is helping a far-fetched dream become a reality!
