In any venue that Mytaste Entertainment services we want to ensure we have fair pricing, and also be competitive in the marketplace.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greet the customer, and thank them for inquiring about our company. Speak to the customer like an old friend and as if you've known them for years. This helps the customer and vendor have a relaxing state of mind and to have great conversations about the customers needs and wants and have fun discussing their moment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent 30 plus years in customer relations, responding to all sorts of common customers concerns. Always wanting to keep customers prioritys first.
