our family had been struggling with multiple pests - spiders, cockroaches and ants. we had used an exterminator once before and tried to self regulate over the counter products but our situation grew more dire.
I reached out to Trent and he responded nearly immediately on thumbtack. upon meeting for a analysis of our pest problem, Trent suggested that our family sign up for the annual plan.
I am glad we did. as the months have gone by, Trent has been responsive, prompt and the most professional specialist. Trent has been considerate - wearing shoe covers while entering our home, which has not always been the case for others we have worked with.
Most importantly: whatever Trent is doing is working. I learned a lot that pest management is not a one-time thing and it takes patience and a professional to resolve the matter correctly.
the products Trent uses have also been amendable for our family. the previous exterminator used products that left a strong odor and my toddler struggled with the fumes. Trent 's products are odorless and have a much less intense chemical residual.
I usually do not leave lengthy reviews such as this. but it's been a few months and our family continues to be pleased by New Guard PestControl 🪳🐜🕷️

We charge based on the size of your home or business and what services are needed. We are currently offering a free Mosquito treatment with our initial service as well as $100 off!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come within 24 hours to provide the best service in town. Whatever the pests may be, we have a solution.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 0ver 5 years of experience in the pest control industry. Not only was I just spraying for bugs, the last couple years before I started my own company, I was a supervisor and would train new hires and help the learn what they need to pass the tests and get licensed. I would do quality inspections to ensure the technicians are thorough with their work as well as following the laws and being safe.
