James showed up to the appointment on time & was able to do the repairs on the spot. He gave a quote, went to the hardware store for the needed supplies, and was done in about an hour. The shower & refrigerator are running perfectly again. I hope I don't need more plumbing repairs, but if I do then he's the first one I'm calling!
Details: No, repair is not urgent • No, the building is not currently flooded • Leaking pipes • Other plumbing system issue • Shower or bathtub • Other appliance • House

I had a plumbing issue and reached out to Mr. Williams, he was very responsive and got back to me very quickly. Unfortunately, my plumbing issue required immediate resolve so I had to go with another plumber who had immediate availability. But, I will tell you this, despite not using him, he took my call and answered my questions when I felt like the other plumber was trying to price gouge me. He also called to follow up & make sure that my problem was resolved. That is TOP NOTCH customer service for someone I didnt event hire. Hell the company I hired hasn't even called me to make sure everything was good. He is now saved in my phone and he will be my go to plumber.
Details: No, repair is not urgent • Only one drain has issues • Clogging • House

James was knowledgeable and provided the information, and reasonable price, for only the necessary repairs. Ran into more issues after getting into the project (it happens) but went above and beyond to address and fix the additional repairs needed.
Details: Yes, repair is urgent • Clogging • Slow draining • Part of a larger issue with the plumbing system • Townhouse

James is a rockstar. He setup all the plumbing for our new kitchen sink and installed new fixtures. He responded quickly and offered next day (weekend) service. I felt he went above and beyond to explain the work that needed to be done and helped answer questions about which fixtures to purchase along the way. He was in and out in just a few hours and we no longer have to wash our dishes in the bathroom. He does quality work and will not cut corners. Highly recommend. Thank you James!
