FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First I need to know if the client wants a basic cleaning or deep cleaning. Then I need to know how many bathrooms there are, are the floors carpet, hard wood or tile, do they have pets. If client wants deep cleaning it's going to take much longer than a basic cleaning. Deep cleaning includes: floor boards, Window tracks, blinds, doors, walls, windows on the inside. Tile and hard wood floors are going to require mopping so that is much harder work than just vacuuming. If the clients has inside pets it's a little more time consuming because there is usually hair everywhere. That is usually how a go about my pricing, how long I think it will take for me to get the job done and what supplies I will need.
